The scenario
Imagine a Venice in 1953, in which a rich family, thanks to its successful shipping company, gradually gains political and economic control of the city and takes advantage of a governmental crisis to establish a dictatorial regime. In this scenario, to restore Venice to freedom, a secret group of enlightened citizens (called Adepts) develops an advanced technological system which allows them to organize a resistance movement.
The mobile application
Adepts is an interactive system, accessed by mobile smartphone, which allows the users to know what other users are talking about and where they are, in order to meet, make plans, and discuss the political situation of the city.
